Sugar Cream Pie

1-1/3 CUPS SUGAR
6 TBS FLOUR
1/4 TSP SALT
2 CUPS HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
1 TSP VANILLA

BEAT TOGETHER TILL AS THICK AS WHIPPED CREAM.
POUR INTO AN UNBAKED PIE SHELL.
BAKE AT 450F FOR 10 MIN.
REDUCE HEAT TO 350F FOR 45 MIN. TO 1 HOUR.
BAKE IN A 10 INCH PAN - IT TENDS TO RUN OVER.
